Refund Policy


If an item(s) you have ordered is not suitable then please return it in the original packaging, with all labels attached and in an unworn condition. It may be beneficial for you to use a return postage service that ensures a Signed For 'proof of delivery', as you would require this should your parcel go missing. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the customer receiving it and the cost of the return postage should be paid for by the customer (including any customs charges for international orders).

Please note: We can only offer replacements for orders placed in the UK and Ireland. If you would like a replacement from outside of these areas we recommend to place a new separate order and we will process a refund for the returning item(s).


We usually process a refund within 24 hours of us receiving the item.
