Delivery Policy

Orders we receive before 2pm should be with you by 12pm/noon the next working day for UK Mainland deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands). Orders made on a Friday before 2pm will normally be delivered on the following Monday before 12pm/noon UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands), however we have an option at checkout for free Saturday delivery, although a delivery time could not be specified from us. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Ireland should take 2 working days, and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands should take 2 working days.

Returns & Refunds

If an item(s) you have ordered is not suitable then please return it in the original packaging, with all labels attached and in an unworn condition. It may be beneficial for you to use a return postage service that ensures a 'proof of delivery', as this would be required should a parcel go missing. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the customer receiving it and the cost of the return postage should be paid for by the customer.

Once we receive your return we will usually process a refund within 24 hours of us receiving the item.
